  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note, during peak times (e.g., holidays or sales), processing times may take a little longer.

  • Shipping Methods & Costs: We offer several shipping options via USPS and UPS:

    • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3-5 business days. Free on orders over $50.

    • Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days for a flat rate of $15.

    • Priority Shipping: 1 business day for a flat rate of $25.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor its progress.

  • Packaging: All jewelry is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. We use protective boxes and include a custom touch for every order. Gift wrapping is also available for an additional charge.

  • Lost or Damaged Items: If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
